chicknmania - you just hit a plateau, you might not lose actual weight, but you will notice that you probably lost an inch or two! Keep it up, one day you'll discover you lost more pounds! Good luck.
Thanks for the info Wegot, I'll look into it. I don't like to swallow vitamins, I prefer to just eat properly, but when I don't I should eat a vitamin, but I'll go for the gum!

Lunch: (already have it planned) prime rib slice and green beans.
Din Din: 2 fried eggs over easy, bacon and lowcarb rye toast, 1 cup of goldfish

Lunch: tuna and chicken salad combo with cukes and toms.

I thought Easter weekend would be my undoing because of CHOCOLATE. But no...it was the jelly beans....... and I wasn't counting each jelly bean either, more like each handful.
today's breakfast: eggs with cheese, coffee, 2 slices liverwurst.
Lunch: 1 choc Atkins shake
It worked great for me too, than, somehow gradually I started to eat more junk and sweets and got carried away and before you know it 10 pounds later, :o.

I just edited my other post about the carbs in it. They make much better lowcarb stuff nowadays. But you have to be careful about the lowcarb foods out there. If you are being strict with lowcarb you should avoid those food products too.

Afraid? It's a low carb hot cereal that I get online. Ingredients are: wheat bran, flax seed meal, soy protein isolate (non GMO), pecans, nat. flavorings and salt. Put a 1/2 cup in dish with hot water or a little milk and splenda. It's pretty good and chilly mornings.
I've stopped posting because my entries sounded boring and the same: breakfast - hardboiled egg or flax snax cereal, like every other day.
Lunches were some kind of salad and fish thing. And dinners were getting boring too. But I'm lurking at everyone elses posts!

I was bad over the weekend too. The thing with lowcarb is - if you take that one bite of something that you shouldn't have - you blew it and have to start over the next day or the next meal and don't look back.
But once you get on a roll, and once you see the pounds fall off, you're good to...

Lunch: Blackened salmon over ceasar salad, had half of it & will have other half for Din Din. Diet soda with lemon.
