Eating Healthy

March 18

Breakfast: 1/2 PB&J sandwich on toast, water
Plus 10 minutes of exercise even though I wanted to lay back down and snooze for just a few minutes.

Lunch: 1/2 can cream of chicken soup with rice added, fruit cup, unsweetened tea

Snack: cherry yo+

Dinner: Sonic burger, 1/2 pack tots, choc malt

Coffee with cream and splenda
serving caramel mini rice cakes

Snack:
Hot Chocolate

Lunch:
Coffee with cream and splenda
single serving sour cream and onion pringles

Snack:
3 servings (21 cakes) mini rice cakes-caramel (couldn't help myself-they're sooo tasty!)
Coffee with cream and splenda

Dinner:
entire can of sweet corn (+salt and pepper)
2 bottled waters

2 pks of Lipton cup of soup
crystal light

water


snack ::
chunk of cheese

Dinner ::
can of Campbell's select soup
small 1/2 slice of pizza (frozen)
water

tablespoon of peanut butter

single serving regular pringles

Lunch:
3 tbls light ranch
baby carrots
celery sticks
Diet Dr Pepper

Dinner:
cheese only quesadilla
Orange juice

Snack: Atomic Fireballs (sore throat & headache)

Lunch: Popcorn

Snack: Fruit cup

Dinner: Pizza

Dessert: Coke whenI have the pizza

Must've made a lot of people feel guilty; so many have stopped posting! Do you feel better / healthier? Or just less guilty?

I've fallen off the healthy badwagon from time to time recently. Am trying to steadily improve, though!

But I'm sure eventually it will help. Trying to stick with it is harder than it used to be, and it's definitely not an overnight process. I bought new running shoes, maybe after kidding season is over I'll actually be able to use them!

I noticed a lot of people had left/not posted to the thread in a while. It really is an "experience" to have your food consumption posted for the world to see lol
 
I've stopped posting because my entries sounded boring and the same: breakfast - hardboiled egg or flax snax cereal, like every other day.

Lunches were some kind of salad and fish thing. And dinners were getting boring too. But I'm lurking at everyone elses posts!

Yes, ksacres, your food choices sound better than before.
