Breakfast: 1/2 PB&J sandwich on toast, water
Plus 10 minutes of exercise even though I wanted to lay back down and snooze for just a few minutes.
Lunch: 1/2 can cream of chicken soup with rice added, fruit cup, unsweetened tea
Snack: cherry yo+
Dinner: Sonic burger, 1/2 pack tots, choc malt
