    Get a muffin pan or ice cube tray and stretch chicken wire over the top. They can still stand on it but won't mash the food. You can stir up the crusty food for them and they should go back to eating it.

    My reamer isn't as tall so it is a bit easier. It keeps them from walking through the food and water so much.

    Look on Azure. I bought Texas Naturals Feed. It's not organic but it is all non-gmo. I can get it locally, but it might be available other places.

    Isn't the whole point of FF to not have to add stuff to it? The fermenting process gives it a nutritional boost so you don't need to add anything. Why bother then? It seems like overkill to me. I'd just need a good, non-gmo food and leave it at that. That is my $0.02 worth. :)
