My older ones are over 2 years old. I have 3 brooders going. One has (2) 1 week old duckling, 2nd one has (21) 2 week old chicks which need the bigger brooder really soon. The 3rd has my (5) 6 week old chicks and 2 ducklings who need to be moved out really soon.
Is it better to get rid of older chickens instead of introducing to new chicks? Who in Wyoming would process if that's a choice? But I would rather them go somewhere where they can live.
So after talking to the usps I decided I would go to Casper to pick them up or else they would be there all day all squished in a tiny box. Cackle added 3 extras and I may have added 2 from murdochs :)
Thanks. I will. I have called them and been watching the tracking which apparently the usps does not update very well. I am hoping I get the call really early in the morning.
Has anyone ordered chicks from cackle hatchery ? I am in Riverton. Chicks shipped out on Monday and I am worried about them as delivery day is Thursday :(
