She is 7-8 months old. Not sure if she has gone through a first molt or not. The 2 Mottled which are 1 months younger has already gone through theirs. I thought she look partridge but been told she is a Millie Fleur. Don't know enough about cochin color naming or color change to contradict.

Yep Went outside after I start hearing her and watch her stretch out her neck and crow.

This morning one of cochin that I thought was a hen was crowing. Is she a hen that crow or a boy? Here is a pic. 6 months old.

Mine is over 6 months old now and still not a lot of white. Just a few specks Still waiting for the white to come out. How long does it take if it going to happen?

Here is a newbie question. Does Bantam Cochin or any bantams mature faster than LF breeds or do they mature about the same?

What color pattern is this? Partridges? And does it look like a pullet or cockerel? It's around 5 weeks old. How about this Mottled? I think it's a boy. Am I correct?
