I do the same thing, I do tend to be able to sleep better once daytime rolls around, I don't understand that. I blame years of nightshift working... but who knows?

I'm basically a hermit, unless I want to eat Mexican food, but then I want to sit as far in the back as possible in a corner facing the entire dining area, I cannot stand to have my back to the door or the crowd..... I go out more for animal feed than for people food.

I have horrible wake/sleep habits, years of nightshift has me all jacked. I go to sleep exhausted & wake up exhausted... My mind is nearly impossible to turn off in order to sleep. Btw... all you quitters are awesome! Everyday is another day closer to winning our struggles (public and private).
