According to "google", there are several types of frogs that live in Alaska...the Columbia Spotted Frog and the Wood Frog... Here they are...now take these frogs and rub them all over your arms, nice a good. Then stick your arms into the snow bank and wait for a sizzling sound....

Ok Alaskan....Sit down and breathe. Inhale...exhale...deeply. Now...quietly go outside and look for a snow bank. Take your coffee with you. If you are unable to find a snow bank, panic and run to your floor freezer and get inside....AND HURRY!

The corvids never forget a human face or a situation. Incredible birds. I have befriended the wild Ravens around here and they approach me with no fear. I too have them trained to stay out of places that I don't want them. They know I am the superior Raven here!
