I'm tempted... But not at that price... I've shot 9mm, and it hurts my arthritic hands, but a .380 doesn't. I don't need to be flinching in anticipation of pain when shooting.

I'd had no range time, just the class range time. It was good enough to qualify.

They shot about the same for me, but the Walther was a lot less expensive.

I took my class before. For range training they had handguns for use from a 22 revolver to a 45 semi automatic. I found the kick of 9mm and higher hurt my arthritic thumb joint, but the 380 was perfect, and I liked both the Sig Sauer and the Walther as their slides weren't too stiff for me.

I'd recommend you take a class in gun safety.

I know, my inexpertise is showing. I should have said magazine, my bad. But I don't call the little things bullets anymore! And I critique TV shows where people are running around with their finger on the trigger of their handgun. Oof! :gig

I took a beginner handgun class. I and most of the students were older women who'd never ever even touched a firearm. Four hours of classroom instruction and lunch were followed by hands-on training. Within an hour we were helping each other load the clips. :lau
