She's an Easter Egger. Ameraucana are always sold with a color/variety specified. If no color/variety is specified at purchase, it's probably an Easter Egger.

If you purchased her from a feed store, then she is not Ameraucana, but an Easter Egger.

Diffences Between EEs, Ameraucanas, and Araucanas

You do realize that each hen only lays one color throughout her entire lifetime, right? They are called Easter Eggers, because you can never be sure what color a pullet will lay until she actually starts laying. She might turn out to be a cream layer, or a blue layer, or a green layer; but she...

Diffences Between EEs, Ameraucanas, and Araucanas

You can not show Ameraucana with the recessive blue dilute gene, no matter if you call it Lavender or Self blue. It's still in development and has been recognized as a project color. Breeders are still working on getting type, color (some roosters develop too much gold/yellow as they mature)...

Diffences Between EEs, Ameraucanas, and Araucanas

If you cross Lavender with blacks, you need to keep those chicks separate from the breeding pool for dominant blue. They will look black, but will carry one Lavender gene. Crossing those birds with the dominant BBS gene, and you will essentially loose that recessive Lavender gene. The BBS blue...

Diffences Between EEs, Ameraucanas, and Araucanas

Blue/Black/Splash can be crossed and still produce true Ameraucana, because blue and splash are genetically black. Blue is the dominant dilute gene for the color black. Blue birds have one copy of the gene, splash have two copies of the gene. Black birds don't have the gene at all. Lavender is...

Diffences Between EEs, Ameraucanas, and Araucanas

There are no "show quality" Lavender Ameraucana. It's not an accepted color variety yet, therefore, they aren't showable. You should get 100% lavender chicks for two lavender parents. They are just like any other chicken, they have no special needs.

Diffences Between EEs, Ameraucanas, and Araucanas

You can't cross different color varieties and still call them Ameraucana. This is true for all chicken breeds, not just Ameraucana. Chicken breeds are not based on pedigree and lineage, but on whether a bird with a certain set of characteristics, when bred to another bird with the same...

Diffences Between EEs, Ameraucanas, and Araucanas

http://ameraucana.org/gallery.html Brown Reds are basically the same coloring as Black Copper Marans or black sexlink hens. Females are mostly black with some gold/brown/red through their heads, neck, and chest. Males get dark red shoulders, and have gold/brown/red on the head, neck, and saddle...

Diffences Between EEs, Ameraucanas, and Araucanas

They are non standard colors, so they are Easter Eggers. Ameraucana do not ever have green legs. Ameraucana have white skin and a darker 'slate' wash over their legs/feet. Easter Eggers usually have yellow skin with a dark wash on their legs. It's the yellow skin that causes the greenish look...

Diffences Between EEs, Ameraucanas, and Araucanas

Need to take into consideration skin color as well. White skin on the bottoms of the feet mean Ameraucana is likely. Yellow skin on the bottoms of the feet is a sure sign of Easter Egger.

One has a single comb, and they are both clean faced. They are Easter Eggers. No such thing as Americana, btw. Pure Ameraucana have pea combs, muffs and beards; which your birds are lacking.

Diffences Between EEs, Ameraucanas, and Araucanas

In regards to Carmela's color, the blue gene I was talking about is a gene that dilutes black feathers to a light grey. There is no way to know what color eggs she will lay based on feather color. She does have a pea comb though, so odds of a blue or green egg from her are good.
