    Yes please re: herbs. I have a fair size herb garden since the last five years when I discovered that herbs will grow outside in Montana (silly me) and lemon balm is prolific and amazing. I bring the rosemary, parsley, lemongrass and pineapple sage inside for the winter though! Keep the info...

    Just thinking too a cheap way of doing a greenhouse might look like a "hoop coop" built from cattle panels and covered with heavy plastic....just search for hoop coop here...also an easy build.... Here's an example, use translucent plastic of course...

    CHS does have grains, I just bought a bag of barley for doing fodder. They also have bags of organic grains...the feed store is separate from the regular store...in a slightly different location...they have the pine shavings in compressed bags, etc etc. oyster shell...

    Hi neighbor! Busy time in early spring doing coop! Best of luck, ask me anything! I love Echo Lake Cafe! My crocus just started blooming today...if you need info about feed or stuff like that, I really like CHS in Kalispell. They have a nice organic feed if you like that stuff (I do).

On 206 to Columbia Falls are a couple of deer/meat processing plants...I would start by calling them...and they may have recommendations if they don't do it themselves, being in the business and all that...also ask Farm to Market Pork on west side of valley...let us know what you...
