umm.. let see..
crossing Silver duckwing with gold duckwing has only ruined the Silver side not the Gold side, and thats because of the dominant nature of red enhancers, so be careful, I for one would use Silver duckwing Leghorns instead, the clean silver ones, that will prevent any unwanted...
I think what affected the regular gold legbar is that the Crele leghorn was already an stablished breed(from breeding Brown leghorn x Cuckoo leghorn) and were basically indistinguishable from each other , and Crele Leghorns have been autosexable during the same time as the "Autosexing" Legbar...

I have always asked myself as to why Barred rocks were used in this cross? I mean the Crele, Cuckoo and Barred Leghorn...
Black bird does have some of the nicest cream colored males I have seen, nice contrast of Dark barring and cream hackle and saddle color, or at least the ones I see, he does have some light barred males so the contrast is not so deep as his Dark barred males
well I will not bite anyways, I know better now, I lost my "Educator" Batch trying to debate genetics with poeple that dont believe in science, that got me demoted, I only got my batch again because I am Top 0.1% (thats 1 tenth of a percent) for most helpful posts, and I am NOT about to lose it...
well if it was a 50/50 or less I say 40/60(people thinking it was odd or others thought it was ok) then you know some monitors can reproduce different type of shades, then it would be your call, BUT if you post say 5 male chicks and if 90% of people say that 4 are males and 1 looks "Odd" then...
