My chickens usually do not crow by 12 weeks. Does this breed crow at 12 weeks?

Attached is a photo of one of my Chamois Spitzhaubens from Greenfire Farms. They are about 12 weeks old now. I do not see any wattles growing on any of the chicks as yet. When do they start coming in? I am still wondering about sex. Is this a male? THANKS in ADVANCE!!!!

Could anyone tell me what color this first Spitzhaubens pictured is and also how can you tell the sex. I am clueless on the sex. Also what is the sex of the second chick. Is it to early to tell what sex they are? Thanks in advance
