My Rhode IR is laying seems healthy but has whitish and brown spots on comb, that werent there until

Should I be concernec, it seems like they arent affecting her health otherwise. I will try to post a pic asap

Welcome to BYC!
Yes, photos will be very helpful as there are many things that *could* be going on with your bird and it will be impossible to determine which it is without actually seeing the spots in question. As long as the bird is behaving normally, seems healthy and is still in production (a change in production is often one of the key indicators of ill-health) I would not be overly concerned at this point.

Lily Ann's lesions. I have applied pevidone iodine

It looks like she has fowl pox a virus spread by mosquitoes during warm weather. Don't disturb the scabs since it can spread the virus, but some put a little iodine on them to dry them up. If any are very close to the eyes, you may want to treat the eyes with Terramycin Eye ointment twice daily to help prevent a bacterial infection. It lasts 2-3 weeks. Here are some links to read:

Okay - this appears to be viral, with fowl pox being one of the most likely culprits. The virus itself is not such a threat, but it is not uncommon for secondary infections (ie respiratory infections) to develop, which can be quite serious and even deadly. Also, unless the color is *way* off in these photos the bird is not a RIR - what color are the legs?
