Ok I've seen this before and I would probably carefully cut it off and apply neosporin. Like the last person said. If its mostly air and not a lot of yolk he probably got enough nutrients. He looks quite allert so just please keep him warm and that's about all you can do. Keep us posted!!! Good Luck!!!!
