Marie watched with great interest, her large innocent brown eyes opened wide with curiousity.

Gio saw the other horse from the shore.

He came closer and revealed himself from the shadows, his gorgeous palomino roan coat sleek and radiant, and his large muscles rippling out from underneath. His mane was a long, glossy pale and his forelock covered one of his crystal hued blue eyes. His coat had several widespread scars, only adding to his masculinity. The young stallion halted at the sight of Marie and perked his ears curiously. "Marie?" he said, clearly surprised. "Is that you?"
