Thanks, guys, I guess it doesn't make much sense if I didn't give you much background. It's a weird story, don't know how I came up with the idea

This bit is hilarious. I couldn't help laughing. It's the part where 'Stargirl' (Millanie) saves the plane from crashing like the others.

MILLANIE slips the headset on, and the COPILOT presses the transmit button.
MILLANIE
Hello? Is this ... er, Kennedy?

INT. JFK CONTROL TOWER - morning

A group of CONTROLLERS are crowded around the window, staring out at the plane fading into the distance. Other CONTROLLERS dotted around the room gabble frantically trying to reroute departing aircraft.

CONTROLLER
(jumping)
Hello? Is this Bluebird 1544?

MILLANIE
What?

COPILOT
(whispers)
Say 'Yes'.

MILLANIE
Yes.

CONTROLLER
Please state your intentions, Bluebird 1544.

MILLANIE
(hissing)
Do they always talk like that?!
(to the controller)
Ah... Bluebird 15..44, we had a bit of an emergency um..

COPILOT
On final.

MILLANIE
Thank you. We got into a bit of trouble on final. You'll probably see us on the news sooner or later, so don't ask too many questions now, I'm sure you've got a lot of other planes to talk to. Er, what do we do now?

CONTROLLER
Do you want to treat this like a standard missed approach?

MILLANIE
Excuse me?

COPILOT
(grabbing Mill's headset and pulling it off)
Enough! Have a seat.
(to the controller)
Bluebird 1544, yes, we'll conduct a missed approach.

CONTROLLER
Roger, you know the procedure. Climb to 3000.

COPILOT
3000. Thank you.

TIBBY looks at MILLANIE.

TIBBY
(trying not to laugh)
That was hilarious.

MILLANIE
(glaring)
What?!

TIBBY
(cracking up)
Say yes!... Yes...

MILLANIE
Yes, and?

The COPILOT puts the plane on a climb and scrambles around for his missed approach charts.
TIBBY holds up a folder triumphantly.

TIBBY
You looking for this?

COPILOT
Give it over now!

The COPILOT reaches over and snatches the charts off TIBBY.

MILLANIE
Do you need any help? You know...

MILLANIE gestures at the PILOT, who is still knocked out cold.

COPILOT
Er... okay. Just tell me... oh, crap.
The altimeter needle hits 3,000 ft. The COPILOT scrambles to reduce the power.

COPILOT
Please tell me if this falls below 3,000. And can you reply to the Tower if they say anything to Bluebird 1544?

MILLANIE
Why 'Bluebird'?

TIBBY
(fighting the giggles)
It's the callsign.

MILLANIE
(indignantly)
Okay! There's no need to-

TIBBY
I'm laughing at him.

TIBBY points at the COPILOT, who is leaping from one place to another at immense speeds struggling to cope with the overload of work.

CONTROLLER
Bluebird 1544, contact final 132.4, I'll talk to you soon!

MILLANIE
Ah... okay, we're going to final, ta-ta.
(to copilot)
What was that? Final?

COPILOT
(looking very tired)
The frequency, my dear.

He leans over and changes the frequency.

COPILOT
Call in.

MILLANIE
Excuse me?!

The COPILOT is busy once again with his charts.

MILLANIE
(to controller)
Hello... are you final? I am Bluebird 1544.

TIBBY cracks up.

APPROACH
Bluebird 1544, you're back!

MILLANIE
I am? Ugh... oh yes, we're doing a missed approach or whatever it was.

APPROACH
Are you a flight attendant?

MILLANIE
No, I'm someone who's going to be on the news when we make it down, don't ask too many questions. The pilot is busy.

APPROACH
Okay... he knows what he's doing?

MILLANIE
I think so. The other one should be here helping, but he's lying on the floor right now, unconscious.

Again, that was awesome Flare! It would make slightly more sense if I knew the story.

I wish I knew how you and Pk came up with these ideas, the characters! They have some much life!
Mine barely have names.

And generally I give up before I finish, just can't make my ideas stick together.
