Probably yeah. But you still have to clean up after all of them!

? Chickens I clean up every few months (the right system is amazing!) and we don't really clean up after our dogs. They're really clean.

If you don't mind me asking, what is the system you use? It would be nice if I could simplify my routine . . . I'm either cleaning the coop or scrubbing the roost boards every weekend.

Yeah, when dogs are puppies, and you are still house training them, yeah, you go through alot of paper towels. And chickens, I know you don't have to clean up after them often, but when you do, MAN! Do they smell bad

For me it's like a one stall horse barn. We put tile down in it and overtop of that have a tarp that is cut to go around the roosting bars and nesting boxes. We cover the floor with a thick layer of hay. When I need to clean it I take a paint scraper and scrap off the roosting bars. Then pull out the tarp and dump it. Replace tarp and refill with hay. I don't have any pictures as I'm not at the house.

Wow, that sounds so easy! I'll have to think about using that system.

It's not as easy as it sounds, but if I work at it it doesn't take long. It took about 30 minutes when I had 30+ birds and a lot of that was just because everything is far away from the chicken coop and walking back and forth was difficult. Oh, and changing my audio book tape also takes time
