Lachlan nodded. "We should be going then." He glanced at Bleddyn, slightly puzzled at her sudden disgust of the park, though it didn't show on his face. Odd, she usually likes the park.

Brisa noticed the fleeting look that Bleddyn had given Alice, then remembered the cat-boy's words to her as he had left. Let's just all hop this ends well, she thought nervously, then noticed Yris still watching her worriedly. "I feel a little better." She said, answering her unspoken question. "I won't exert myself, though." She sat down on her hoverboard instead of standing up, and it raised up so that her feet were hanging just off the ground.
(I'll edit my post if there's another reason you want to go to the coffee shop.:))

A sharp crackling sound split the air, making Wolfram jump slightly. Then a ominous thundering echoed throughout the land. And then more lightening. Ok, maybe it wasn't the safest to be out in this weather."Why should I care?! No one wants me anyway."He snarled, a sob choking him. He trembled, soaked to the bone.

(No they can go I'm cool with whatever.)
Yris nodded, the worry slowly fading from her face like the sunlight at dusk, replaced with a more cheery attitude. She followed the group as they headed to the park, feeling rather exposed with her fox features as people glared, stared, pointed as she passed. There were many days that she wished she was simply normal, another human in the world. So that she could point and stare without the overwhelming sensation of the world reminding her she was different. And the world didn't like different, wanted different to be separated. A gentle, almost clam expression of sadness formed on Yris' face as they walked, a silent reminder that everyone had their weaknesses, and that even the most cheery had moments of utter desolation.

Brisa glanced at the sky and received a few raindrops to the face in return. She pulled up her hood and groaned inwardly, hoping her makeup hadn't gotten too messed up; she didn't wear a lot, but still. Oh, to be those girls who only wear mascara and have flawless skin! Then she thought of the cat-boy. Cats hate being wet. I wonder if that's true for him too? Then she noticed the stares that Yris and the others were getting, including her. She had been lucky enough (I guess) to look like a normal human, but as she was with a group of Inhumans, she was automatically known to be one. Feeling angry and helpless, she stood up on her hoverboard and glidid over to block Yris from the stares.

A grimace cracked over Bleddyn's face as her cohorts received jeers and explicit stares. A new jolt of crackling loathing surged through her.
No one scorned her gifted companions -the kind she longed to be- and got away unscathed.
As she rolled by, she stooped over, scooped up a handful of rocks, and pitched them smoothly at the offending mugs. "Buzz off, scumbags. No one's mocking you for being publically offensive with your external and internal ugliness."

When the thunder rumbled, Alpha pressed tightly against Toby's side. Toby reached down to pet Alphas head & smiled at him. Toby watched as Misty grabbed Delilah by the ear & and he took a step closer, but it then he realized it was probably her mom. He took a step back next to Alpha & looked around at the mess. He walked up to Gage. "Can I help you clean anything up?" Toby asked him.

Zion glances at the boy as he asks his dad a question, hoping his demeanor doesn't scare the boy away. He looks at his father then without needing him to tell Zion anything he begins to clean up the restaurant.

Yris noticed a shift in the group of inhumans, noticing that Brisa had tried to block some of the stares. She looked to Brisa gratefully, eyeing her with a strange glint in her eye, one of companionship, belonging perhaps? Finally she questioned her thoughtfully "Do you ever wish you weren't inhuman, just a regular human with no powers too?" The whispers returned in the back of head, telling her she was strange, didn't belong. She was lost.
Brisa nodded. "Yeah. Mostly pretty much every second of the day Monday through Friday. When I was in fifth grade my English teacher asked me to get something for her, and I used my powers without thinking because Mom was teaching me to control them and told me to practice as much as possible. Well, everyone freaked out and that was about when I really started to get bullied. All those people stayed in that school and now a lot of them have moved up to highschool with me."

Lachlan grinned at the staring humans, who now scrambled to avoid Bleddyn's rocks. His only outward inhuman appearance while in human form was sharper teeth of wolves and bobcats, so if he wasn't marching along with a large group of inhumans, not many would pick him out as a inhuman.

Toby walked up and started cleaning up, starting with setting the chairs that had fallen over into the proper position. He then started grabbing pieces of glass of the ground and setting them on a table until he could find a trash can.

"More like parents. Some people got in a fight with a dude who came in and started yelling at a girl." Lachlan said.

"Ow." Alice frowned at Dyn. "I know where we should go." She smiled broadly. "No one will notice a group of kids at the park."

Bleddyn shot another ruinous glare at Alice for her convenient choice of relocation. She highly doubted the innocent irony here.
I could deck her right now.
"Of course, the park," Bleddyn muttered, her sickened tone attempting painful cheer. "Why didn't I think of that myself?"

Lachlan nodded. "We should be going then." He glanced at Bleddyn, slightly puzzled at her sudden disgust of the park, though it didn't show on his face. Odd, she usually likes the park.

(@Thing2LovesChickens ) Yris let them go to the park if they wanted to, but Brisa was still somewhat pale, and if she didn't want to go, then they were heading to the coffee place. She didn't want her to get worse than she already was, and some coffee and relaxing in the sofa chairs and beanbags they had there had to help.

Brisa noticed the fleeting look that Bleddyn had given Alice, then remembered the cat-boy's words to her as he had left. So now I'm going to the park. This'll be fun. Grace followed the others at the back of the group, but quickened her pace when the rain started coming down harder. She pulled up her hood, sticking her hands in her pockets.

Peter was sitting under a tree at the edge of the park, a bag of birdseed beside him. He grabbed a handful and held it out to a particularly wet-looking crow that had landed near. It gazed at the birdseed hungrily, but wouldn't get any closer. Peter sighed, and tossed the birdseed closer to the distrustful crow.

Zion keeps glancing up at the boy all while cleaning up the area, realizing that he looks very familiar. It hits him in a few moments, the boy goes to Zion's school. Satisfied with himself that he remembers where he recognizes the boy, he continues cleaning up with the boy, mildly hoping that the boy would talk to Zion.

Near the entrance to the park there were several play structures with slides and swings, but the real draw to this park was the hiking trails and swimming spots. Alice loved this place. She would come here when she really wanted to be alone, because it seemed like a person could almost get lost in all the trees. Which were aside from this place were hard to find in the city.
