Frankie hadn't recognized her at first, the only thing registering at first being the movement and volume at which she yelled his name. "You?" He asked, though he was asking himself more than her. "You're?" He paused trying to remember her name. "Sherri? From yesterday." He lowered his sidearm and waved at Rudy to lower his too. "Sorry. Are you ok?" He asked kindly, approaching her and offering her a hand up off the ground.
Sherri scratched the back of her head and sat up timidly, taking his hand. "Yeah, that's Sherri Lastless."
Emily threw her hand forward. "Mrs. Emily Herna Lastless. Wife of Isaac Lastless. My daughter was kidnapped by these terrorists named the 'Pure.'"
Brisa glanced at Jessi, hearing the sadness in her voice, and glanced away. What have we gotten ourselves into? She asked herself.
(Sorry for the short post.)
Alice's eyes darted between the two girls.
"Help us?" She swallowed nervously, "you mean, we're actually going to try to rob the bank? There's gotta be another way." She looked over at Camilla for any suggestions. Then to Grace and then Peter. She barely knew the others, maybe robbing the bank was a normal thing for them. "Maybe, we need to decide what to do with it when we get it first. We don't dont even know what it is. The key guy thinks it's dangerous. The pure are willing to kill and kidnap to get it. Maybe we should just leave it where it is." Alice frowned and looked down at the floor pensively, rain water had dripped off her jacket and was starting to pool on the tile. "How are we going to get everyone back?" She asked her voice quieter. She shut her eyes trying not to cry, remembering the blood all over the place at Rivers. "Maybe they aren't even alive anymore."
"Oh, yes, I realize perfectly well how disturbed you might be right now." She whirled around to stop Wolfram in his tracks, eyes wide in attempted innocence. "So, yeah, why don't you go now?""I don't mind."Wolfram replied, shrugging. Then, realizing what he said, his eyes went wide."I uh...I mean..,I have to uh...Oh I think Toby's calling me...or Lachlan or uh...someone... Um..." He took a few unsteady steps backward, doing anything to avoid her gaze.
Vanessa let out a soft snort of amusement at Wolfram's horrified gaze."You're fine. Now if you can managed to stay on your feet, come here. Or Wolfram might have to carry you."She gave a shrug, Wolfrm's going even wider.
"I'm anything but disturbed."Wolfram mumbled after she left. He let out a soft sigh, testing the stability of his feet. I must look like an idiot...."Oh, yes, I realize perfectly well how disturbed you might be right now." She whirled around to stop Wolfram in his tracks, eyes wide in attempted innocence. "So, yeah, why don't you go now?"
Still managing to ward off a full-blown devastating smile despite the snickers that still plagued her, Bleddyn turned back to Vanessa with a nod. "I think I'll walk just fine."
With that, she lopsidedly bounced into the treatment room.

Brisa closed her eyes for a second, forcing away the image of River's scared face. "But even if we destroyed it, the Pure could still find and-" She swallowed painfully, "torture that guy in the key shop, figure out where the key leads, and rob the bank themselves. If whatever it is is this powerful, we need to keep it away from them." She stated, opening her eyes and glancing back at the others.Jessi glanced around. "Could we just destroy the key? That might keep the Pure from getting it." She asked.
Bleddyn put both arms back onto the paper-coated cot and pulled herself up. "So are you a healer or just a regular nurse?""I'm anything but disturbed."Wolfram mumbled after she left. He let out a soft sigh, testing the stability of his feet. I must look like an idiot....
Vanessa nodded, the door swinging shut."Sit down."She nodded to the examining bed, opening one of the drawers on the counter.
(Brain is ded rn sorry XD)
"I'm just a regular nurse, wasn't gifted with any healing powers Unfortentally."Vanessa replied. She came over to Bleddyn, and started gently pulling off the bandages."How'd you get this wound? It's pretty nasty."Bleddyn put both arms back onto the paper-coated cot and pulled herself up. "So are you a healer or just a regular nurse?"
Wolfram slowly walked down the hall, one hand brushing the wall in case he happened to trip over his quickly weakening feet. He came up behind Lachlan, and tapped him on the shoulder."Are your wounds alright?"Lachlan and River exist.
