"How blind are you really?" Wolfram pivoted around to look at Bleddyn and her father. "I will never, ever hurt your daughter. I don't know how many times I have to say it to get it into your think skull, but I will never hurt her. Maybe I am just a unstable freak you don't know, but trust me, I won't let harm come to her, or any of you, if I can help it."Ash saluted to River agreeably. "Sure, chilling out here's fine by me."
Bleddyn, meanwhile, hopped onto another car's bumper and luxuriously pantomimed eating out of a popcorn container. "Jenna, if you do decide to go after him, I'd be more than happy to hop in."
"You will not be involved in any more fights today, young lady." A firm hand clamped down on her shoulder and Bleddyn pivoted to see her furless father. His stern face took the menacing tone much further, but even still Bleddyn couldn't find it in her to fear him. "And certainly not with him."
"I hate you so much, Dad," she retorted hotly, shrugging his huge hand off.
