«We Could Be Legends»

Bleddyn backed up onto her cot as the air shattered with a wailing alarm, shaking her head. "Again, leave me be," she barked at Wolfram as he approached her, her voice low and dangerous. She flinched as her back pressed up against hard wall. "I can do this myself."
She leaned against the wall and brought her knees to her chest. She slowly straightened up, wobbling precariously on top of the makeshift bed. If you think you can do this...
Using her arm as a pivot, she bent back down and swung herself onto the concrete. Her teeth gritted hard as she evened out her weight onto both legs for the first time.
I actually can't do this. Her left leg was virtually dead, threatening to give out like a twig everytime her heart rammed heavily.
Sherri breaks them up by offering a hand to Bleddyn. "If someone who is partially anesthetized can do this, I can do this too," she said with a smile. "Take my hand."

Wolfram's hands clenched tightly, the alarm screaming in his ears."I know you don't want to accept help. But Bleddyn, you are hurt. And we need to get out of here, we don't have time to argue." He didn't snap, he didn't bite out a retort, he didn't try to fight with her. He just for once...spoke calmly."Let me help you."He held out his hand again."Please."

"Did you just..." Sherri asked. She realized she had the choice to escape now, and the choice scared her.
"What if they catch us in the hall? What if they keys on the ground were a test?" She whispered.
Her ears flipped. "Alarms! Someone sounded the alarms!"

Meanwhile, Indigo walked toward the entrance, quietly, flicking off the flashlight. "Someone triggered the alarms!" She hissed. "Be best if I negotiate."
"Sherri!" Lachlan growled, suddenly sounding like his snappy mother. "Shut it. We're getting out of here, all of us!"

"Bleddyn, there is no wrong in being helped, and if you don't, you could get us all killed." Lachlan said dryly, flinching at his words. He hated when he had to snap it people.

"Don't punch the wall, they could hear you!" Toby whispered. He stepped out of the way as she walked past him.
Misty looked back at Toby and grinned, then walked over to him and patted him on the head.
"Sweet Toby, I know what Im doing. Even if they heard me it wouldn't matter. They don't know who they're up against."
She grinned maliciously and licked her fangs and then held up her palm, creating her signature ice long-sword.
She then stepped back up to the front of the group.
River smiled ruthlessly. "Looks like it. Sounds like Firestein? Oh yeah. I'd like to not get my head ripped open again..." She huffed. "But parent duty calls. Yeah, just like old times. And someone just triggered an alarm. Just like old times."
Misty chuckled, "And I'll try not to end- I mean I'll try not to get almost crushed by the ceiling. Indeed parent duty calls, but its good to go back to the old times once in a while."
Misty flicked her ears at the annoying loud alarm and growls.
"Just... Like old times..."

Zion watches silently as the others tried to talk to Bleddyn, who was clearly incredibly injured to accept their help. He wishes he could say something to help her but he already knew that she wouldn't listen to him.

Since she couldn't decide who she hated more that quickly, Bleddyn took both hands and hobbled forward a pace, testing out how much support each offered her. Wolfram obviously was stronger, but even for being shorter, Sherri didn't collapse like Bleddyn first expected of her. She shot scorching glares at all three of them in turn. "We don't speak of this ever again, got it?"

Toby flinched & crossed his arms. Memories of being used as an arm rest popped into his head. "'Sweet Toby?' In not a child." He grumbled.

River shoved her ears even farther forward. "Mhhmm." She paused. "The nostalgia is deafening. Literally." Her hand flicked down and rested on her gun.

Indigo stepped forward, toward a guard. Even with the antishift, her mental powers could not be stopped.
The antishift prevented people from rearranging molecules in their body rapidly.
"Hello," Indigo purred with her beautiful voice. "I have come for a visit. May I come in?"

Sherri nodded as the walked forward with an awkward stumbling pace, annoyed that someone hated her. Some people hated her.
