(Gonna get started on Meredith now, just so we have a place to begin with.)
Meredith had been awake for days, and nearly felt dead. She had visited one of the old, abandoned homes when she first woke up, and borrowed some blankets and food and went on her way to find people. But the thing was, she didn't find any. She couldn't find any more houses, the blanket still didn't keep out the cold now that it had gotten wet, and then froze, and her high heels and knee-length dress didn't do very well to keeping her cozy.
Her red lips were coated in a thin layer of frost, and her tangled hair while blown in the wind whipped her face with an uncomfortable amount of ice. She pressed the cold blanket to her body in hopes of warmth, but it didn't help much.
