Cinquefoil – Good for sore throat, cough and painful joints
Feverfew – Good for headaches and fever
Foxglove – Regulates heart rhythm
Stellaria – Stops bleeding and good for all kinds of wounds
Lavender – Prevents fainting and reduces stress
Lovage – Good for INWARD pains
Pennyroyal – Good for coughs, headaches and fever
Poppy – Good for coughs and allergies. Also induces sleep
Primrose – Good for headaches and tension
Rosemary - Good for headaches, fever and improves memory
Sage – Good for sore throat, headaches and cough
Sorrel – Good for dehydration
Vervain – Good for coughs, colds, fever, wheezing and shortness of breath
