"You don't always die from being sruck by the flaming sticks, if caught soon enough." she then wore a more puzzled countenance, "Men who climb?"

Yes the one man was in a tree like a squirrel he shot at Fire Tiger.

Squirrel fell on his back, his belly shaking with laughter. After a minute or so, his giggling fit subsided enough for him to look up, point his paw, and gasp out a "Gerb, you look like a --" Then he collapsed again in a sea of chuckling.

Gerbil shook out and poofed, "Squirrel!!!"
She jumped up and and charged, tackling him.

Squirrel screeched playfully and shoved Gerbil with his paws. He danced around her, looking for a place to strike, when suddenly he accidentally dropped off the sandbank and into the brook. He sat there, sputtering and soaked, looking quite like a wet rat. "Gerbil!!" he fake-snarled, huffing and sighing miserably.

"You look like like a rat!!!"Gerbil squealed and ran behind Dove.

Nightingale followed the gray canine with a quiet trot, Bear had silently stalked behind to keep her out of trouble. She slowed as she neared the lake, halting to bend down for a drink, Bear and Nightingale watching. "What are you doing?" Bear hissed at Nightingale, but was interrupted when the foreign she-wolf lifted her head from the water. Her chilling gaze was almost petrifying as her ice-blue eyes glared, her fur stood and she wrinkled her snout back in a snarl. "Who are you and why have you been following me?" growled the she-wolf angrily as her tail swayed, her silken fur was a luxuriously long coat that could be likened to molten Silver as the light of the moon laid on it in ribbons. Her dainty, white paws barely seemed to touch the ground as she bounded noiselessly to the two wolves. "Nightingale," growled Nightingale, "And I would like to ask of you the same. Why were you so close to our borders, too? A spy?" Nightingale quickly added. Bear glared at Nightingale, "Don't be so hostile!" he scolded in a hushed tone to her, her ears dropped in embarassment at her own behavior. "No, not a spy," she smiled ambivalently, "I am merely looking for a place to stay."

*TeeHee* Funny ending....
Bee jumped from the water at Gerbil, pushing her under.

Falcon patroled along the border, her eyes searching the dark forests for intruders

Squirrel scowled at Gerbil as she laughed at him, and then went giggling back into the water when Bee pounced on her. Dove merely shook her head and smiled.

Sandpiper watched Nightingale, Bear, and the she-wolf from behind a bush. Softly, and only visible to Bear and Nightingale, she batted their tails so they wouldn't accuse her of spying on them. Crouching low to the ground, she watched with narrowed eyes. A chill of apprehension ran up her spine. She could smell human, the same faint, musty odor that had been all over the trap. Alarm bells rang ever so softly in her mind, and she gave an almost silent growl. Far away, she could hear Dove and the pups playing in the stream, and for a moment she was distracted. It's a beautiful spring day to be in the brook, she thought. And then she shook her head slightly and told herself, Stop it. You're daydreaming on duty.

Gerbil bared her teeth and growled, back raised like a cat.
