Colour... HOW?!
You can add separate layers for colour; I put my colour layers under the lineart to hide the rough edges. XD
You can fill lineart using the bucket tool (I set mine to expand a few pixels, to remove any gaps), then check sharp corners for any leftover gaps. :p
If you add a layer above the base colour, you can set it to clipping and it'll stay within the limits of the base colour. :3
I can draw something up if you'd like some screenshots of what I mean? :p

I mean my Medi is only giving me greyscale.
