is there a weird smell coming from your incubator? if not it should be fine.
It looks like a malpossition, how long has it been like that? was the crack that big when it first pipped? is it the same egg as before? That chick likely won't get out on it's own. Also if you end up assisting even at the right time, it's likely that the yolk will be unabsorbed. It's up to you if you want to leave it or try to assist around the 48 hour mark after first pip.
