Hello! I'm so glad to have stumbled upon such an amazing and knowledgeable community as I venture into the world of chickens!
After reading seemingly endless threads and articles on sexing Easter Eggers, I'm looking for your thoughts! Our 5-week chick Pidgey's comb is pinking up a bit and I wasn't sure if the deep red shoulder feathers that signify maleness are the ones Pidgey is feathering out with. The age old question - Pullet or Roo?
Both chicks are sweeties that love to perch on my shoulder and eagerly come when called just for pets and snuggles.
