In happier news, a pullet of mine won reserve champ waterfowl at the Davy Crocket Classic over the weekend. I also got 1st on my old drake There were 35 calls at the show. It was my first win at a show. I won a plaque but didn't get it because I didn't know! Oops I don't remember if I bought it up here but I had been researching how much females were faulted for black on the bill. This female has some black though it is very minimal. She placed over some females who didn't have any.
