If that's all that was on there and it got mixed in with everything, it was probably fine. That's probably about how much I'd add to the rice for omurice, and then there would be a bit more over the top.

I've seen how you condiment, however. If you're adding an amount to a sandwich that you need a measuring cup for, it's too much.
:lau :gig :lau guilty as charged 🙈🙈 especially since once mixed in it would likely be “not enough” and I would add more to it. 😂🤣🙈🙈

:lau :gig :lau 😤

It’s delicious!! Actually... not really. Even I hate how slimy it is and gag it down tbh 😂🤣🙈

I think I use too much olive oil or butter in my cooking  I think I need to drastically reduce the amount OR resort to steaming lol
If you prefer cooking your spinach, there are loads of soup recipes for it.

That sounds really good!!!
You know, there's nothing wrong with you cooking (or not cooking) your spinach however you like it as long as it's healthy. It's best in terms of nutrients if cooked lightly, whether you sauté or whatever method you prefer. We all have different ideas of what tastes good. :hugs

Contrary to popular opinion, we can often assimilate nutrients from food more readily if the cell walls have been broken down a bit--whether by cooking, puréeing, chopping, wilting with a bit of flavorful hot oil, pickling--a certain amount of processing can be a good thing healthwise. OTOH, it's hard to beat a lovely fresh salad when one is in the mood.
