How many quail are they advertising will fit in this cage?





This might be the craziest thing I have ever seen on the internet.

They are advertising that 30 to 36 quail will fit in one layer that is 35.8"x17.3" or 4.3 sq. ft. which comes out to 0.14 sq. ft. to 0.12 sq. ft. per quail. This sounds very overcrowded to me.

Of course their feed system is outside of the cage requiring the quail to stick their heads through the bars in order to eat.

I feel bad for anyone that buys a unit from them and actually expects to get that many quail into one.

Have you guys ever had a malpo hatch correctly? I did a little candling today (Day 10) and one of the eggs has an aircell at the pointy end, not the top! Not sure how that happened... The little guy’s still alive and wiggling in there, think he has any shot?

I've had a few pip & zip the pointed end, they had a bit of curled toes that took a couple days to straighten out.

People are so rude. Require a 50% advance payment via PayPal?

Was it a craigslist response? There are an awful lot of craigslist flakes out there.

She was a previous buyer from craigslist, talked to her yesterday to verify the schedule, then she's a no call no show!
