I set 27 jumbo eggs this morning. I calibrated two thermometer/hygrometers beforehand and ended up setting the incubator temp higher than any of my other hatches. Makes me nervous but trust the calibration I guess.

A degree or two lower than normal is safer than a degree or two higher.
