Is your incubator a still air or a forced air one?

Air forced but I might also be getting a still.

Forced air = 99.5°F

Still air = 100.5°F to 101.5°F measured at the top of the eggs.

Don't get the still air incubator. I ended up having to retrofit a fan and it isn't as slick as getting one already built in. Not worth the few bucks you might save.

I set my forced air (I now have two incubators, one retrofitted with a fan and one with a built-in) at 99.9 degrees Fahrenheit. They usually hatch right on schedule at around 17 days.
