They are so cute!Just a few more have hatched today. They're still hatching. One is just out of the egg in the incubator.

I would not take any of the eggs out of your incubator yet.Just finished my day 6 candling, and I don't believe it! Only 4/12 are fertile. I paid quite a bit for these eggs, so that's not good.
I can still make do with it, but that's a bit of a bummer..
Did you ever get a thermometer to calibrate to put into your incubator?Just finished my day 6 candling, and I don't believe it! Only 4/12 are fertile. I paid quite a bit for these eggs, so that's not good.

That's exactly why I'm incubating the current batch of eggs I have set. I want to make sure that the eggs I'm selling as hatching eggs are really fertilized. So far, 22 out of 24 are developing...If you're going to sell eggs, you need to be setting them and testing the fertility out on your own before you sell.
Sometimes it gets even worse.....I've had 100% infertile eggs shipped....you might give them another couple of days, they could be in a cold spot in the bator?Just finished my day 6 candling, and I don't believe it! Only 4/12 are fertile. I paid quite a bit for these eggs, so that's not good.

The latest eggs I had shipped were from a well known breeder, all 48 eggs were infertile, I was like "really". No reply when emailed and no offer to refund or ship more eggs!...not that they would have been fertile, anyway! $480 waste of money!Sometimes it gets even worse.....I've had 100% infertile eggs shipped....you might give them another couple of days, they could be in a cold spot in the bator?
