Ahhh! I have six eggs with external pips!

That's 2 reasons I don't assist anymore. Usually they die anyway and if not, they are horribly deformed by being in the shell to long.

First pipped egg is 3/4 way zipped & not moving. So close.
Second pipped egg now 1/4 way zipped.
Over 24 hours since pip.

The towels were clean for that long.

All 3 yellows are dotted.

I think they will turn out looking kinda like A&M's? A couple of brown feathers on their head and back. maybe?

He has a lot of white just like his moms.

Yes. The whitest and largest rooster from my hatches. Close, but he was the biggest. The hens are lighter browns that what I'm seeing posted here.

After losing my mind trying to find my candler (Duckling was candling today’s eggs for fun), I checked my eggs. I chucked the cracked (infertile) and known infertile. The rest are wiggling and dancing. Yeay for a dozen out of 14 being fertile (eggs collected the day of and after the first fertile egg was seen), but boo because I only want three or four.
Well, I cannot count them until they hatch. Then survive the first week, then month...
