5 no change that I see atm

Do I take the single out to brooder tonight or let the single encourage the others & feed tomorrow AM?

I'd leave the one that hatch, in till the morning. When taking it out to the brooder, make sure it gets a good drink, 1st...it will find the food within minutes if its sprinkled on the brooder floor.

Can you put some food & water in the bator with singleton? (Just makes cleaning the bator even more fun )

The last pic is a definite male, he's been crowing all afternoon. I think the white birds are a&m/golden crosses. The one bird with the charcoal backside isn't so all over.

I like the idea of leaving it. It is almost dry. 3 hours and not fluffy yet. 2 others are going to town.

outside the incubator silly. No, these get the upstairs all to themselves for a couple of days. Until it warms up again.

Have you candled the two pips from this morning yet? To see if they are moving?
Put them to your ear?

You need to get some Mexican Speckled Bobwhites.

I considered Bobwhites first, I love their appearance and the Mexican Speckled are very pretty. I don't remember what changed my mind though.

Don't Bobwhites mate for life in monogamous couples?
