Here is the brooder, just reusing the bin from my chicken babies. He’s scampering from corner to corner yelling his head off. At least he’s finally staying on the warm side of the bin now.

Heh. For want of a decent stuffed animal, I put in a handful of pompoms. About half an hour later he noticed them and decided they were close enough and snuggled up to them and twittered for awhile. Now he’s finally investigating the food.

Aaaand now back to crying. Not quite as constant. We’re alternating between going nuts and marveling that such a minute creature can generate so much volume.
