I was using vinegar to remove the shells, but somehow quail eggs are easier to peel than chicken eggs. You're all making he hungryyyyy.
Yes to pickled eggs! But omg the peeling.
I wish the instant pot trick worked with such tiny eggs but I feel like they'll be overcooked by the time it even gets up to pressure.
Competitor that is pretty good also. Made in Ville Platte. This is for Kiki and Turk.

The funny thing here to me, Cajuns are usually salty enough without extra seasonings.![]()

I also let Duckling do most of the eggs.

Yes i am. You go ahead an fool with me this early in the AM if u feel like theres enough distance between us
Agreed! The quail eggs peel in long pieces. i always compare it to a potato skin when using a peeler
That sounds like a challenge! And fun! I'll meet you half way. Eunice or Lacassine? If we meet in Iowa, we can get some Rabideaux's sausage. Baton Rouge has some good eats too. If we go to Ville Platte, we can see if Fred's on Main street is open. You know any good spots in Lafayette? I could ask Ms. Guillot, she's from there.Yes i am. Yep, some of us complained that the regular wasn't spicy enough. They accepted the challenge and got better. And do they have a less hot version of that stuff?
