I had a dozen button quail eggs for lunch today. It made a small sandwich's worth. Good thing I'm not relying on them for everyday meals, or I'd spend so much time cracking eggs that I'd starve.

boiled button eggs have become my favorite snack. I took some to the family gathering last weekend to show my 6 year old nephew how to boil and peel them. Now he's hooked too!
