Make narrow doors that you can body block? Mine is a 5 foot long chicken tractor door. I'm not 5 foot wide. I have the feed dishes at the sides and they flush to the other side.

More hinges, less chasing.

Get a 5 foot handled net. They are quick!

After they mature. Some roos are large, some small. Same with hens. Size is not a sex indicator. Too much variation unless your line is stabilized. Mine is not. The jumbos are giving regular size (small compared to jumbos) babies.

There favorite place to be is in the dust box so it looks a little messy. She is the solid colored one.
