They are probably at the age where everything still freaks them out.So, when my 2 crowers in pen1 crow all the birds in pen2 go nuts running all over the place. No crowers in pen2 yet. Is that normal behavior when one crows nearby? The others in pen1 don't even pay the crowers any attention when they crow.

I walked up to the quail tractor and one or a couple flushed into the lid times. Hoping it was more than a couple. I open the lid thinking I'm gonna get a quail to the face (again) but they all ran to the back.

I think it's because I am in everyone's cage multiple times a day. They are used to being messed with so it doesn't scare them.
Yes. They don't have an option.Kiki changes the paper towels (and probably the dirt boxes) 20 million times a day.... they are forced to get used to her![]()
