So wife is on a clean eating kick so I’m gonna cook some quail I need clean sides to go with it.....

AND GO!!!!!!

Any veggie would go good. Homemade rice pilaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, homemade Mac and cheese...

You said clean sides here I am naming the most unclean thingsI honestly think that any vegetable would go great with it if you roasted them. I'm a veggie fanatic!

You could make homemade baked beans, I'm sure those could be made healthy. I make plant-based ones that are really good!

I don't mind "spiders and snakes" as long as their outside!

I feed the spiders to the chickens & I kill the snakes. One of my 6 week old chicks killed and swallowed a baby copperhead a few weeks back! I was like, "Who's a good chick? You are!".

My guineas talk non-stop when they are awake but their chatter is soft and melodic. Their periods of of loud alerts are seldom. Outside of when they were young and breeding season, the buckwheat call is also seldom.

I like all the racket, music to my ears & soul. I get a bit agitated when one calls "Buckwheat" and the others ignore her, that's just rude imo.

Looks like a wolf spider. They jump!

Before i knew that......
I lifted my foot to stomp on one.....
It jumped when I brought my foot down.....
It landed directly on top of my foot!!!
I almost crapped my pants

You wouldn't like my house then! We have spiders that get humongous! We just had a orb Weaver that was huge, we had to relocate it before the chickens got it.
My husband relocates spiders that he finds in the warehouse at his work because people like killing them. Most of them are black widows. He has amazing pics of them!

We have black widows everywhere outside. I relocate all found bugs or spiders to the chicken coop. My favorite to relocate are walking sticks, I hate them with a passion! Ever see a chicken trying to eat one with all those legs trying to hang on to their faces???

I was asleep! Sort of. Did put the phone down. Didn’t exactly sleep. Woke up every two hours and a lot of laying there in between.

Well, no chicks yet this morning. I don't see any new pips, but that doesn't mean that there aren't any. One of the pipped eggs was rocking this morning. Good thing I'm supposed to go for a walk this morning. It will keep me from staring at eggs for a couple of hours.

If I'm just walking along minding my own business and find that I've managed to be engulfed in spiderweb, I suddenly turn into Neo from Matrix in efforts to remove myself from that situation!

Yes! I'm the same way! We have a lot of woods and when we walk through it there are always spider webs and some of them are so strong!
