They "cheep cheep" for me nearly constantly!

So sorry that no one warned you about the dangers of how easily turkey poults are imprinted. When yours grow up they will not understand that there is a difference between them and people.

Quail meat not so much.

So the quail hatchings will be smaller to replace the egg layers & my meat. That and following @BantyChooks lead, huge hatches herald havoc.

I am enjoying quail cabbage stir fry.
