Do they really stink!? Do adults stink!?

I think the juveniles have a higher stink to size ratio. Maybe it’s just perception though. That and I don’t keep the adults in my basement.

I've dropped one of mine a few times. I'm not holding them anymore.

I've dropped mine a few times...ok more times than I'd like to admit...actually they jumped, squirmed out of my hand. A 4' fall didn't break anything but it did stun them for a few secounds... made it easier to pick them up. The first time was the scariest....after that I was like, umh dummie, you can't fly yet! they are pretty resilient.

no way, raisin oatmeal are the best most wonderful cookies ever. chocolate chip cookies are boring

Okay I’ll give you that chocolate chip are boring and very common but oatmeal raisin are just so

Although, actually, oatmeal raisin with chocolate chips and craisins are delicious. we’ve sometimes added white chocolate or nuts too but I like it with chocolate chips and craisins haha

But that’s the only oatmeal raisin I like.

And I actually prefer M&M over chocolate chip.

That makes sense!!! Do they poop a lot? I tried keeping my chicks on paper towels and they were soooo messy I just had to switch to shavings today haha I usually use those but figured I’d try paper towels. Thought it’d be cleaner. NOPE.

Hatch day is always fun and exciting! Playing with new peepers.

Had one that had zipped, but couldn't pop the top. Popped the top and looks like it hit a vessel or something else was wrong. Did not thrive. Hatch rate not bad, but 20/30 at 48 hours in. Not hopeful for the last 9. QB#14 off to the races.

QB#15 in queue for later this week. These may be fertile from QB#9 rooster boys that got axed for rudeness. White girl recovering and laying eggs. May be extremely interesting in what pops out here.
