I know!! And I’m sure she’s probably selling a bunch too!! But still, only 7 out of like 100!?

I would want to keep way more than that

But of course that’s not logical.

I've hatched almost 300 chicks this year. I have 15 adults. I want to get that up to 20 of the lines I have now and I want to add 10 jumbos. That's 3 pens of breeders. The rest are meat or sales.

Goodness that fella has some crazy feathers!

I swear I heard my six week old cockerel trying to tidbit a pullet today. It was the shrillest, squeakiest, most hilarious thing I have ever heard come out of a chicken.

Right!? He’s got the craziest ones out of all of them LOL the other ones have much more normal foot feathers or much less of them.

And OMG that is hilarious and adorable!!

Jack still doesn’t crow or tidbit or anything lol he has started mating Wilma the last couple weeks but that’s it LOL and even that he doesn’t do very much. Only seen it a couple times and he tried it once with one of the adults and got his ass beat

It transports very well. No it cannot be bought which is why I refer to it as the best honey that money can't buy. If I sold it, there are a couple of people that would take all that I can produce and that would leave me with none to give away.

Unfortunately last year was very bad and there was no excess honey produced for me to steal. I will have to wait until this fall to see what I can steal this year.

I see that @CindyinSD is here. She can verify the quality of my honey.

OMG-- yes. I buy good honey--it's worth it--but none of it stands up to R2's honey. It is nothing short of sublime.

Checked again this morning and it fell off he still has a little bit hanging from him.

No all black ones yet...that I know of but hopefully there will be some before I die.
For now I am good with my black and white dummies.
