According to this one they can’t at least for iPhones and at least for live real time GPS tracking. You have to enable remote tracking by putting your phone into emergency mode by calling 911. They specifically designed it to not be able to be done without your permission and so it can’t be remotely enabled. User safety I guess???

But they can of course triangulate your location using cell tower data but it’s much less accurate.

I've fostered 10+, and they were the same or worse. As are the neighbour's dogs, and the dogs I knew as a child. They're just not for me. I prefer livestock.
