@Kiki they came from Kelso WA, I had the humidity at 40-45% the first 15 days, Although I did remember I actually have someone I can get some free quail eggs off of! sent her 24 chicken hatching eggs last spring and they're over flowing with quail! Told me to message her if I ever wanted some eggs guess I should call in that favor now. Lol she actually meant her buttons but I'm sure she'd give me some Coturnix

Lower your humidity next time. Get it down to or just below 30.

Let me know if you need eggs..I'll give you some.

@Kiki ok will do! ps. My family is going stir crazy now in days, we haven't left the house in like 2 months straight, any places you'd recommend in Houston once this is over? Breweries, wineries, restraunts, walking trails etc? We may go kayaking tommorrow although we haven't decided were yet, they've been pestering me about it for weeks :/

I hate having a hatcher that I can't really see into. Tomorrow is supposed to be hatch day, but I was expecting some later today. I just finished cleaning up the brooder that my 2 week olds are in when I hear peeping. I check the button chicks, but it doesn't quite sound like them. I have two chicks in the hatcher. One is yeller, @Kiki . I'll take pics when I get them into the fresh brooder.

It's weird having three brooders set up at the same time. I need to kick the 2 week olds out soon.

@Kiki yup we arrived in TX early April from WA in the middle of lockdown for work so we haven't been out of the house since (working from home, and required to stay home for at least two weeks post arrival)
