➡ Quail Hatch Along🥚

I'm glad you have your order on it's way. I hope I don't get a shipping label this week. I'm going to Florida for the week end.
I was not notified by anyone.
I accidentally saw or noticed that a shipping label was created for my address while viewing my account at USPS.com

All it says is a shipping label was created.

I gathered eggs this week. I put the really small ones in the 'fridge to eat.

I did not mean to set this many eggs for an Easter hatch.

🤬🤬🤬🤬
I'm still upset about being able to order eggs when there wasn't actually eggs available.

I would not be upset if I was told at the time I ordered and paid that there was going to be a few weeks wait.
Southwest gamebirds makes you choose the shipping week so you can't choose "next week" if they are sold out for that week. But it looks like their jumbo brown aren't shipping till April so they're running out too.

I have about 80 or so eggs hatching today, someone ordered 50 straight run, so I had set about 80 or so in the big brinsea with a partial tray of my snow angels eggs. When I was locking down I dropped a sleeve and most didn’t make it! So I have maybe 10 snow angels separated by a divider from 65 ish straight run celadons and carriers. Hopefully I’ll get enough for the lady. I also set 44 sex links, someone had ordered some and backed out, but then today I received 2 emails from people wanting them and they saw my old ads, hopefully it’ll all work out. Amazing how no one contacts me for weeks because the ads are old, then 3 people contact me on hatch day, 2 wanting exactly what I had extra!

So far there’s 7 straight runs hatched in the brinsea, and 3 sex links in the nr-360 (all 3 males so far ☹️), with no snow angel action so far. It’s weird because the snow angel eggs always hatch last. I always have them in the side of the bator closest to where I can reach, so I wondered if it was slightly cooler, I’m talking about hours not days so it’s no biggie, but this time at lock down I set them on the far side and moved them yesterday to the front to see if that helps speed them up, still no pips.

I have NEVER had this issue before.

I've never been able to actually order eggs unless they were in stock so hopefully this was just a one-time thing.
I got the email today. They SHIPPED!

From my own experience, it could stay that way for days or even weeks. Better to call the shipper and ask for an expected date if it's critical.
