I'm pretty sure my buttons are done hatching, 6 out of 7 shipped eggs! I'm amazed, I would have been happy with 3. The one I assisted is on its third day and seems to be doing great. I have one other that had curled feet, but they've corrected themselves other than a single toe bent underneath, which I'll try to coax out through the next couple of days.

I still breed my silvery birds, but I breed in other colours now and then. I like the silver, but I've learned not to breed silver with silver too often.

I have 2 more celadon eggs I added to my incubator today. Hopefully I’ll get interesting colors with those

I got a rainbow out of my celadon eggs! I took this in their temporary container while I was cleaning their brooder.

And here they are in their clean brooder.
