I voted white layer bc I think @debid & @PirateGirl both made great points. Whoever is selling this eggs is probably using a commercial layer to get the most productivity. That's my reasoning anyway, but I still kind of think it could be one of each. I mean they may raise pekin too so who's to say a pekin egg didn't get thrown in with the baluts. Just basing that theory in th significant size diff. I think they may both look very similar as babes.

I found a video on youtube where they gp to the balute umm...buisness? And they show them the eggs being incubated and candled and it turns out no one at the buisness even eats it.
