I'm about to concede defeat and move to the North Pole. This summer is miserable and sticky.

Miserable is right.. the heat is making me physically sick.

They are very pigmented and naturally shiny.

I love this green color!

I passed out the other day when I was trying to get stuff done outdoors. It was really humid with strong sun. The heat is screwing with my head too, I think. I'm counting down the days til September...

I wonder what makes them shiny? How are they not all eaten by predators for standing out?

I’ve only passed out once while working on this run. Hubby was throwing up at work because of the heat recently.. and people wonder why I’m so preachy about heat stroke and high humidity. It will put you out for sure!
